We’re excited to introduce Tom Smith as the new Director of Flooring at Chroma Coatings! With over 20 years of experience in flooring installation, restoration, and project management, Tom has built a reputation for precision craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. His expertise spans hardwood, vinyl, laminate, ceramic, LVP, LVT, and carpet, making him a leader in the industry.
In his new role, Tom will oversee all flooring projects from estimating through installation, ensuring each job is executed with the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He has spent years mentoring installers, refining processes, and delivering outstanding results with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. His dedication to excellence aligns perfectly with Chroma Coatings’ commitment to delivering Mastered Finishes.
Outside of work, Tom shares our commitment to bettering more lives than just his own. He is active in his church community, dedicating time to helping others through mentorship and support programs. An avid outdoorsman and proud father of two boys, he enjoys swimming, hiking, camping, and traveling.
